In addition and inline with our existing #FashionForLife campaign, we have created a campaign entitled, Have It All! This campaign really illustrates that Canal Walk is where it’s all at. The biggest and the most vast selection of absolutely everything, including the best in both international and local brands, over 400 stores in an astounding 150 000+ square metres of retail heaven, open from 9am – 9pm. Talk about being spoiled for choice, you don’t get any better than Canal Walk.

The campaign embraces the abundance of shopping possibilities and experiences available at Canal Walk. It features South African millennial models (and avid Canal Walk shoppers), Mieke Visser and Larissa Lareman. Mieke and Larissa are young vibrant women and ooze fun, electric energy. This was reflected both on set and in the photography and videography captured. We were on set for 1 full, long day and shot 17 different stories. Variety is the name of the Canal Walk game! But, it’s not just about shopping, but rather about the whole experience. Everyone has a Canal Walk story or memory that they will remember forever. Whether it’s a first date, matric dance dress hunt, bringing your kids to a school holiday event or a girls movie night out, we all have those unforgettable Canal Walk moments.

The Have It All campaign captures two friends, having fun, shopping, taking selfies, sipping smoothies, eating doughnuts, going to the movies, being quirky and just hanging out.

Canal Walk has over 100 fashion stores (yes, you heard that correctly), including the best in clothing, footwear, jewellery and accessories. This includes international brands such as Fabiani, G-Star Raw, Steve Madden, Folli Follie, Adidas, Forever New, Nike, Puma, Topshop, Forever 21, Dune, Guess, Diesel, Hugo Boss and a massive H&M on it’s way (we can’t wait)! The models were styled and dressed from these and a variety of other Canal Walk stores.

Foodies can enjoy over 50 food outlets from sweet takeaways like Dunkin’ Donuts, Cinnabon, Baskin Robbins and Haagen Dazs… it’s a sweet tooth’s dream. You can also grab a bite at your favourite in Italian, seafood and café restaurants, including Col’Cacchio, PRIMI, Ocean Basket, Cape Town Fish Market, tashas, Nü Health Food Café, Kauai, Vida e Caffé and Woolworths Café. Mieke and Larissa had loads of fun with their foodie shots, swirling doughnuts on their fingers and throwing popcorn in the air (and pretty much all over the studio).

Canal Walk also boasts over 20 audio, visual and technology stores, 30 health and beauty stores, 20 , home and lifestyle stores and 15 sports, fitness and outdoor stores. Plus, Nu Metro has 17 cinemas and includes both Scene VIP, for a comfortable and luxurious experience, and Scene Xtreme for the ultimate loud, big screen, action experience. Canal Walk also hosts an array of popular annual school holiday events and offers fun for the whole family. You’ll be seeing the campaign up in the centre soon, alongside our My Story My Style campaign.
