Now you can enjoy free, high-quality, uncapped WIFI at Canal Walk Shopping Centre!

How to connect

When connecting to the WIFI for the first time, you must follow these easy steps:

  • Switch on your WIFI
  • Search for available networks and connect to HY-Canal Walk
  • Once connected, a ‘HELLO’ sign-up page will automatically pop up, you then need to register by creating a profile where you will complete your details and accept the Terms and Conditions
  • Once you have successfully registered, a ‘YOU'RE CONNECTED’ page will confirm your registration – click the ‘CONTINUE’ button to browse the internet

When you return to the Canal Walk and want to connect to the WIFI:

  • Switch on your WIFI
  • Search for available networks and connect to HY-Canal Walk, if your device does not connect automatically
  • Once connected, a ‘WELCOME BACK’ page will automatically pop up, you must simply click the ‘CONTINUE’ button to browse the internet
  • If you would prefer to unregister, simply click ‘Unregister’ on the ‘WELCOME BACK’ page
