CUSTOMER SERVICE DESKS
Our Customer Services Desk is located on the Lower Level at Entrance 1 and our Visitor Information Centre is located on the Upper Level below Entrance 10. They can be contacted on 021 529 9699. Services offered at these desks include the following:
Information on Canal Walk
Whether it is simply trying to find a specific store or facility and require directions, asking about a brand or product or have a general enquiry, our Information Assistants will be happy to assist you.
Canal Walk Gift Cards
The Canal Walk Gift Card is the perfect gift to spoiling someone special or just to treat yourself and offers an abundance of choice to ensure that they find something that they really want. Our Gift Cards have a new beautiful rose gold design and can be redeemed at all stores with debit card facilities. It is flexible and convenient world class shopping with one card.
Hiring of wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available for hire at our Customer Service Desk and Visitor Information Centre. Limited wheelchairs are available for hire on presentation of your I.D. or driver’s license, on a first come first serve basis. Wheelchair access is possible at all entrances and disabled toilet facilities are available throughout the centre.
Temporary enabled parking discs
Temporary enabled parking discs are available at our Customer Service Desk and Visitor Information Centre.
Child find wristbands
Complimentary child find wristbands are available at our Customer Service Desk and Visitor Information Centre. Parents can complete their emergency contact details on the wristband to assist us in finding a child’s parents if they get lost.
Our Information Assistants are able to help you with information on public transport systems to and from the centre, such as the MyCiti and Golden Arrow bus services, Century Train Station, public mini bus taxi and private sedan taxi services.
