Join Caley Jack, Reebok Global Ambassador for a 45min BODYBALANCE workout. This is a yoga based class with a complimenting fusion of Tai Chi and Pilates! The workout is designed to center the body while lengthening the muscles. Move to music and improve your flexibility and increase core strength while you reduce stress levels. If you haven’t tried yoga before then BODYBALANCE is a great introduction. If you’re already doing some form of yoga you’ll love the variety you get with BODYBALANCE.
