Monday Motivation is back!
Hosted by Angelique Fredericks, this untraditional yoga class is for all fitness enthusiasts, no matter your ability. The 60 minute yoga class incorporates a vinyasa flow, a touch of bikram and exercises for toning, strength and flexibility.
Indulge in the tasty and nutritious bar powered by Sweetbeet before and after the fitness experience with a talk about all things food and nutrition. The first 50 people will receive a Canal Walk goodie bag with amazing treats to enjoy!
