MONDAY MOTIVATION 

Shake off the winter chill at the Canal Walk Monday Motivation Fitness Fest by JEFF Fitness.

 This 40-minute session led by Jeff’s Shaun Bez and Zamo van der Westhuizen is designed to get your heart rate up and your body moving, no matter your fitness level. Expect a solid full-body workout, great energy, yummy post workout treats, goodie bags and spot prizes to be won.
