Maxine has created two simple breakfast recipes to make sure you kick off your day with a healthy start, including overnight oats and an easy on-the-go smoothie. These recipes can be easily tweaked for various dietary requirements, for example rather using gluten-free oats or make it vegan by switching out honey for another sweetener option. Tracey-Lee is currently on an inspiring self-love and self-discovery fitness journey and has put together an easy and compact workout, for you to do anytime in the comfort of your home.

Overnight Oats

This dish is balanced and provides a wholesome filling breakfast. It is quick, easy and you can leave it in the fridge overnight after preparing it the night before. In the morning, top it with your favourite ingredients and you’re ready for the day ahead.
